Hi everyone,
I have finally set a quit date -- January 22. I have set and reset my quit date so many times before but this time it's for real. I'm going cold turkey. I have quit before for 13 years and made an error in judgement by smoking one which lead to a pack and back to my addiction. Now I've been smoking over 14 years again and I'm smoking more than ever, around 30 a day. I have been taking a quit smoking class at the local hospital and I think with all of your support and the class support I can make it this time. Smoking is just so nasty. I want to smell better, breathe better and save some money. This site is so awesome with all of you. You guys are the best. I'll definitely check in on the 22nd.
