Hey, Dave, calm down. It isn't yuor fault & it's nothing to be disappointed about.
You're coming up to 3 weeks & it's probably a milestone crave. They can be brutal, but usually don't last long. The good news is that your quit will be much stronger once you get through it, and you will feel well-prepared next time something like this sneaks up on you. And it will, Dave, the junkie in yuor head doesn't give up that easily.
You said it was just like day 2, so handle it like you did on day 2. Whatever your coping strategies were in those first few hard days, get them out & put them to work.
You can do this, you will do this & it will be so worth it.
Oh yeah, and get a reward, too, for those 19 beautiful days, and for coming here instead of giving in.
