Hi Folks, Yes, it's 5pm on day three and note how I am specific about which hour of the day it is!! There's been a little wishing&wanting (wishywashy) this afternoon but i beat it back easily by listening to my chest... Thanks for being here for me... I'm almost at the stage where I won't feel strange encouraging the newest of the newbies myself - give back a little of what I've been given by you guys here...!! I am so glad that you jumped right back on the quit train DL! Trust me, you will be so happy that you did. Expect to have tough moments, just stay dedicated. Each crave that you fight is one crave towards being free from this addiction. If it was easy, everyone would just quit! You can do this, we all can to this, together!
