HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm right behind you "Grandma"!!!! I have decided that I am going to begin the New Year every day by reminding myself that its good my heart sometimes skips beats and its probably healthier for my pulse to not remain consistent. All these symptoms are normal responses by my body and I need to live for the day and when it gets really rough for the moment! I'm going to end my day with the same reminder! A very Happy New Year to you as well!

OK Folks - let's all gather our strengths together and work toward a healthier more focused New Year. Currently I have my grandson here for the weekend and he is great therapy for keeping me focused, but in the background the anxiety is there keeping me from having a more enjoyable time. I am normally a very active, playful, young grandmother and I dread these times of feeling "weak" and have no control. Would rather have a broken leg. (Have had that, too) I want 2005 to be the year that I can outsmart this condition and deal with it and with the support of the others on this Support Group - "we can do it!" Any thoughts? ;)
