For those of you who are newer than me on this site I will tell you that when I quit Sunday's sucked for me. I would post every Sunday and whin about how hard it was for me and how I could hardly make it through Sunday. Why Sunday? Who knows, that was just my sad day. Some how Sunday's have changed. At first I would post each time I had a bad crave or a feeling of weakness or a feeling of saddness or any of those other feelings we get. Gradually I didn't feel the need to post on Sunday. In fact, I would forget to post on Sunday. This morning when I woke up I knew it was Sunday. I have been sick with a cold all week. I didn't think about smoking when I got out of bed I thought about posting. Posting about how grateful I am to not be a smoker, How I love my life. I love my job. Even with a snotty nose I can breathe. I have learned so much from the people who make up this site. How to quit and I didn't know how. About attitutide, mine was feeling sorry for myself. I didn't want to quit I had to quit. I guess what I am trying to say is in a span of six months time, I have come from the bottom to the top. I don't post as much as I used to. It is sort of like praying for me I do when I need it. Sometimes I pray just because I am grateful and sometimes I post just because I am grateful.
