Hey - you guys are right - rewards are important.
At the grocery store yesterday, I saw a quite little potted flower for $3.00. I couldn't resist. I call it Tippy because it fell off the seat of the truck on the way home! (go figure). It's a perfect reward for me - everytime I look at it, it reminds me of my quit, and if I was still smoking in the house, it would shrivel up and die, just like hubby and I would if we were still smoking! A cheap but constant reminder of the great decision we made to quit.
Hubby, on the other hand, picked a strange reward, considering the gas issue he's been dealing with. Pork and beans - 3 big cans of them! I guess his reward will be a constant reminder as well - ewwwww! I thought you guys said his taste would improve with the quit! LOL
