I'm really really great right now. Today is so much better than yesterday. I just checked my blood pressure, and although it is still up a little, it is better than usual and my pulse has dropped 20 points. Wooooooohooooooo ----- Healthy body here I come!! Hi freedom, I got the flaxseed on the way home last night. You lied! There's no way that it tastes like banana. Actually it tastes more like dirt. lol I tried it again this morning with my grapefruit, and I'm going to get some grapefruit juice on the way home. BTW, do you know if the oil pills have the same benefits? It seemed to help already last night.
