I said I was going to give it six months and just see if I felt better. Guess what? I feel much better.I'm going for six more months!
The only thing that has changed is me and it is all for the better. I still am on guard all the time. I still have problems but I don't solve them by having a cigarette. It never helped anyway. Sure took me a long time and alot of good advice from this sight but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train.
