Ever since I quit, I probably eat 5 bananas a week.
Before quitting I would very seldom eat them, but since quitting I need to have my bananas.
Kelly don't be upset at your dog for eating your bananas, my donkeys eat them as well.

Thanks, Anna. I didn't know that. I buy bananas but my dumb dog loves them and inevitably I forget to put them out of reach and he eats them. All of them except the very top. Skin and all. Stupid dog! OH!! Maybe he's having nic w/d cuz I smoked around him so much. Aww...Poor dog! ;)

I knew I had heard this. I got this info on a website for bananas and their nutritional value. :)
Bananas can help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.
I ate 'em like crazy when I was first quitting. Looks like I should continue eating them, they are really good for you!
