For those that are quitting week-end can be hard. Things to do is go to a movie, go to the mall, take naps, find a project to work on, come here and read, go for a walk if possible. Hang out in places where there is no smoking allowed. Carry your list of why you want to quit with you. On one of my quits I put a rubber band on my wrist and when I thought about smoking I would snap it, ouch :eg: Whatever you do don't put yourself in a place where cigarettes are available and you will be fine.
