Too much fun? Is that possible? Anna, I see you're coming up to a year. No wonder you're the one to follow. What celebration do you have for this incredible milestone?

I'm too old for bodyboarding, but when i go to Daytona, I do like to body surf. Right now we have something called red tide that is killing fish, so I'm staying away from there.
Jodi, you are one great quitter. I'm glad you got to go skiing without cigarettes. I guess it gives you more time on the slopes.
By the way i like the name of the surf school.

It IS wonderful!
Bodyboarding, what a blast! My family and I took a surfing lesson on a vacation in Maui. It was the highlight of our trip. Guess what the name of the place was...GOFFY Foot Surf School!
I read you success story in the Hall of Fame today, Aloha. I could relate to a lot of it. Thanks so much for sharing and helping!

Isn't it wonderful, Jodi? I'm like that with bodyboarding these days. I don't have to hit the sand every 20-30 minutes for a smoke. Of course, these past few weeks the waves have been too big for me, so I'm waiting for some tamer ones : )

Hi Quit Buddies!
Yesterday I went skiing for the first time as a nonsmoker!!! The only thoughts of smoking that I had was to think about how glad I was that I didn't have to take a break to get my nic fix every hour or so! It was so fun!
