Hi Den, I think that rewards can be anything that pleases you...free to expensive. A hot bath with aromatherpy can be a reward, a relaxing walk around the block, giving yourself a pedicure/manicure; small things, like a cd or some new make-up or a new book. I like to buy my favorite fragrance as a reward. Some here on scc actually have the money set aside and have taken fabulous vacations! There have been some very good threads on rewards in the past. YOu could go to the "search messages" and type in "rewards"..there will be tons to read. YOu are almost to 50 days...GOOD FOR YOU! YOU DESERVE A REWARD! Especially a 60 day..2 month reward! lol parrot river rafting trips! that was my biggie. Smaller ones tended towards the decadence of massage, pedicure and manicure.
