Read a few very good posts tonight. This is Day 11 for me and I'm not having too much of a problem so far. I'm wondering how you people are doing. I posted about this business of addiction and it's made me realize even more how stuck I have been in my addiction to smoking and gambling, although smoking is a lot more difficult to quit than gambling. Apparently, according to SmartRecovery Program smoking is the Number One addiction followed by Overeating and than alcohol and drugs. It's a nasty one. No wonder people have so much trouble quitting, but it can be done and has been done by many. And that's what has me encouraged to keep on track with my quitting smoking. Many of you here have helped me realize that it can done and that makes me feel pretty good. Have all a good night and a smoke free day tomorrow.
