You are so fotunate!!! Enjoy your freedom, reward yourself and don't look for trouble. Be sure to be on guard and to have a plan just incase some intense gravings come along. They happen from time to time. Arm yourself with knowledge and coping mechanisms. Congratulations!!! Ginette, When you have a good hour when you do not think about smoking - imagine that one day every hour will be like that. Let's celebrate a good day! I'm on Day 11 now and I'm doing really good. I don't know how long this good feeling will last. I'm going to enjoy it while I can. I don't crave a cigarette in the least and it's a puzzle for me. I thought I would a little bit at least. That's the farthest thing I want right now. I'm going over to my friend Betty and spend quality time with her...she's been a real encouragement for me. Going out for supper...I'm going to treat myself again. Heck week hasn't been bad at all so far and I'm grateful for that.
