Hi Princess,
You do sound a little down but, you really have so much to be proud of. 268 smokefree days!! Just shy of 9 months!!!! That is awesome! :)
Give yourself a big pat on the back and nice reward ! you have earned it.
Happy Holidays!
G

this has been a rough quit for me but ive hung in there and christmas day will be 9 months for me. every so often i still think i want a smoke but i havent touched one since i quit. today is one of those days i think "just one" but i know better. the holidays are here and im a little depressed. im 25 pounds heavier, my back hurts and my feet are bothering me as well. i feel like a pillsbury dough girl and wonder if ill ever get any of this weight off. in a way ill be glad when the holidays are behind me. i want to wish everyone here a happy and safe holiday.
