Hanging in there, Grin. This morning isn't too easy I have to admit. Really craving a cigarette. But I have to talk myself out of it. Soon I'll be talking to my friend Betty and she's a lot of help. I hope the cravings ease up in a while. I'm having a hard time of it. But I guess it's going to be like that for some time and I better get used to it. Well, it's Friday and the week-end is here. I'm having a really good day and it's a nice change. It's a relief from having to struggle all the time. How's the December quitters doing? How about you Alpha? I'm really aware of my breathing too. This is Day 5 for me too. My counsellor suggested that I don't quit smoking right now during the holidays, but I explained to her that it was the right time for me. She was surprised at my response. I've been depressed because of xmas and all and she thought quitting smoking would contribute to it. I've gone 5 days now and I'm not quitting!!!! It's been a great day so far with the cravings and all and I'm not ready to give that up...ever. Going out for supper tonight and I'm looking forward to that. Going with a friend who doesn't smoke which helps me considerably. Let me know how you're doing Alpha and everybody else. Take care.
