Suddenly realised that I have clocked up two years! I don't even think about smoking now. I just think about what my toes used to look like......I can't see them anymore.......as I've put a small amount of weight on! Seriously, I have put a stone on and I don't care! I can breath now. Thanks to all the people who helped me over the first few months, good luck to everyone stopping smoking and have a great Christmas and New Year.
