It feels great to be back here at 30 days. I had a huge argument with my daughter last night and didn't smoke. She has been a major trigger for me in the past and last night I past a personal test and made it through without smoking. Thanks to everyone's support and better coping skills I'm determined to remain a non smoker!!! I feel really good!!
