Kathleen-
I'm also quitting AGAIN. This site is wonderful, but I've learned that you have to keep coming back for support. It is so easy to "forget" not to smoke.By News Years we will be well past "Hell Week" and "Heck Week". We can welcome in the new year with our new found health!

Welcome aboard Kathleen !
I too just returned - Same as you, restarted (several times) and
now determined that this is the last time !
I learned a lot about my previous quits/starts etc and am applying
new lessons learned and planned out a variety of diversions when
things get tough.
Come here often.. Read a lot ! We're all in this together :)

Good for you Kathleen. I have been down the road where I would get some days and then have to start again. You know you are a winner, you are trying and in trying you will succeed!!!

Hi Kathleen and welcome! Good for you for getting back on the wagon...you sound determined and that's what it takes. Do some thinking about why you started back and how you can avoid that in the future. Work the program workbooks and stay close. You can do this!
