Hi Kathleen, We're all here because we want to quit. And we've all had "do overs". Keep at it, you will succeed.

Kathleen- I'm also quitting AGAIN. This site is wonderful, but I've learned that you have to keep coming back for support. It is so easy to "forget" not to smoke.By News Years we will be well past "Hell Week" and "Heck Week". We can welcome in the new year with our new found health! Hi Kathleen and welcome! Good for you for getting back on the wagon...you sound determined and that's what it takes. Do some thinking about why you started back and how you can avoid that in the future. Work the program workbooks and stay close. You can do this!
