Starting over is hard I know, but the fact that you are doing it tells me that deep down you want to get this done. I applaud you for your honesty and your ability to keep going even in the face of a set back. Quit is the only way to be, stay here with us and you will find all of the support you need to get through the rough patches. I would not have been able to sustain my own quit had it not been for the generosity and openess of the people here. You can do this as well, just keep an eye on the reasons that you smoked. Try to understand what smoking did for you and how you can do those very same things for yourself without cigarettes.
Good luck
