Stopping smoking is the biggest thing we can do for ourselves in our lifetime, the transition from smoker to non-smoker is a real eye opener.
Everyone.... Weather it be day 1 or day 100,0000 you should all be extremely proud of yourselves.
It's quite an accomplishment to be able say 'I don't smoke anymore'.
