Hi Gin,
Always hold on really tight to yourself when those tough times come and spend time here ~ reading old posts... There is so much info here that kept me focused and grounded in my quit in tough times ~ and you can find the same energy, guidance and love right here.
You can do this... in the challenging times, do what you love... a walk - a good book, go out to a movie with a friend, call a friend... Find a distraction ~ and keep a pocketful of distractions on hand at all times. They work wonders! I painted walls, cleaned the bathroom with spray bleach cleaner and an old toothbrush, anything that takes you away will do!
Blessings sent!!
