Hello everybody. I'm hanging in there...no smokes. Went to my friend's place for some positive feedback. She's awesome. I don't know what I'd do without her or you guys. I'm having a bit of a craving but it's tolerable so far. I have to keep reminding myself that I'll have ups and downs and to try to cope when the downs hit. I'm going to a meeting tonight and they have a smoke break, but I won't be going outside with them. I'll probably smell them when they come in from the outside. It's not a pleasant smell to say the least. My brother got a hold of me which is great. I'm relieved that he's contacted me at last. I was wondering if there was something wrong with him not getting a hold of me for over 2 months. That was playing on my mind too and triggering the cravings. Now, one less trigger which is great. Hang in there everybody the week-end is almost over. I understand it's full moon and that could explain why so many are having cravings. I understand the full moon affects emotions and births. Hope to hear from you all soon.
