This post belongs to someone else....but I have yet to feel that energy burst! I want to be lazy....totally opposite of the 'smoking' me that was ALWAYS busy!

I feel left out. I have not felt that burst of energy everyone talks about. Maybe I am destined to be a movie critic. All I seem to want to do is lay on the couch and watch TV......

Gonna,
Be patient. If you're tired, take a nap. Your body must still be healing, remember it takes some longer than others. Don't worry, you'll catch up.

Like most, I have been enjoying going to the gym. Even got my wife to sign up for an aerobic's class with me, and she hasn't worked out in 12 years. Also, instead of going outside to grab a smoke, been playing games and spending more times with my boys, not getting interuppted because I needed my fix.
Great Post

My new hobby is audio editing (sound effects, commercial beds, etc.) I bought the software as part of my one year anny and it's a blast! I would encourage anyone to use rewards as a way to explore new things. (learning something new is a terrific way to distract the mind)
Good 2see U doN well holygeez :)

Holygeez! Great topic.
My new hobby since quitting is playing golf. Great exercise, quality time with my boys and a lot of fun as well.
BTW...I have had the same experience with food. Kind of weird I know.

I think a new hobby is a great idea! I'm enjoying photography. I have decided to dig up the manual for our digital camera. It has got so many options that I had no idea! You know, those buttons that you always wondered what they were there for. LOL!
