Hi all!!!! Yep, I have been MIA again but for good reason. Came to FL to visit Mom and daughter and life has been WONDERFUL for a change. Limited WIFI here and dial-up is too slow. So today for the first time in 3 weeks, I have a signal to bounce off of and get on the site and realize I hit 90 today! (that's a God thing in my world) And while I haven't been online very much in the last 2 months, I haven't slipped - NOT one puff and I am soooo proud of myself I could burst. Yep, that big head floating in the clouds kind of proud. For anyone wondering if they can do this --- you can if you believe and don't doubt yourself. There have been moments (like at a pool hall filled with smoke or hanging with a 2 pack a day smoker who happens to be my best friend in FL) when I had those thoughts - but I breathed deep , reminded myself I am a non-smoker and moved on. Just believe and breathe! I promise when I get settled at home again I will give back. That's what this community is all about and without those of you (and you know who you are) that have made this journey such an easy one I would have failed. Thank all of you!!!!!! Well - I have lost signal twice and am hoping this posts. Take care all and KEEP THE QUIT! It is worth it. Big smokefree hugs to everyone this happy day!
