Stacey, It's good to hear that it is easier for you this time but remember to go through the program and always be prepared with a coping plan for those urges and cravings. Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist

I'm relieved that it seems so much easier this time, and I hope that continues to be true. I am able to avoid my triggers and I have a serious goal in mind. I will not smoke after I turn 40, which is at the end of January. I will not. So, that's the goal. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this! Stacey, I do remember you! Welcome back, I am glad you decided to give it another try! Well we have all quit many many times, and the thing is, just keep quitting till it works! Prepare yourself, check out the program again as a refresher. There is so much to read here it will keep you busy for awhile! You've already learned that one puff is too many, so use that to your advantage Stac! Close the door to your old smoking life, and never look back! There's a new life waiting for you. The freedom is really great, and soon you're going to be here. So you want to quit? Let's get this show on the road! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 246 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,150 Amount Saved: $2,595.30 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 3 Mins: 9 Seconds: 15

I really appreciate the support, thanks everyone. Lainey, I quit with you originally, it's a great inspiration to see you've been strong and I'm proud of you! Nice job. NOPE is the only way to do it, one leads to two and we know the rest. This time is easier, although I got real grouchy today. I'll keep checking in and again thanks for the support! :) ~Stacey N.O.P.E!!!!!!
