I know that I ned to calm down- so I have taked up tai chi lessons...
As for all my hopes about the new me- healthy eating, more sleep etc.- at the moment, it's still too much, I'll get of the chips and chocolate later. First things first.
I find it dificult visualizing (frankly, even if I try hard, I cannot "see" my mother, father r boyfriend before my mind's eye with any precision... weird).
I'm trying to imagine myself turning down a cigarette offered by a good-looking man in a seductive situation- but can't manage that, yet.
Oh well.
