Unhooked is right Skully. You need to stay away from the smokes and plan ahead for the stressful situations. Besides you know cigarettes don't help in stressful situations at all.
How do you plan ahead? Have hard candy, cold water, straws, printed out posts, self talk, whatever it takes to get you through, just don't smoke!
