John, I hope you and Sue will enjoy your bikes. Here in Omaha, Ne we have many trails for walking and biking. I still keep my feet on the ground, but marvel at all the bikers. Really serious ones :p My suggestion is to learn the rules of the trails. Here when bikers pass walker or other bikers they announce it with "Passing on the left" When they don't and come flying by you it can scare the heck out of you. Just a thought.
Isn't grand that we all can do more physical things now. I love it!!

Was claiming some reward miles, the ones you get from purchases, when I came across something that really kicked in some fond memories.
A Bicycle!
I remembered I was young and thin and would ride everywhere on it, oh it was soooo much fun. I noticed there are clubs, tours, camps, events and all sorts of outdoor fun with bicycles.
I clicked and ordered and will be here soon.
Going to get one for Sue shortly after along with a rack so we can take them and ride in parks and greenways.
Now as non-smokers we get to ride like the wind and stay fit!
I can't wait till it gets here!
