I can really understand how you feel as I sometimes have attacks when I am alone at home. I call friends and family and that helps out a lot. I also just go about my daily chores and give as little thought as possible to my anxiety. I know it sounds easier said than done but you are on your way to better days. You said you were really doing well and that is super. As far as the xanax you have them in the event that you need them...it's o.k to use them. I used to always get upset with myself too but they are useful on an as needed basis. I have been taking Paxil for a year now and it works fine for me. I hope you have the same success with it as I have. I hope sharing this with you makes you feel better. Rose
