Well, I'm done with my slips...started 9:00 this morning and I don't want another cigarette. I'm totally disgusted with myself for smoking. I had done quite well back on the 23rd of September and hadn't smoked until the 30th. So I did it once and I can do it again...right? Mornings are the worst for me so I'll get up and get dressed and go the coffeehouse where I can talk to people and not smoke. I haven't smoked very much since the 30th of September...1 or 2 cigarettes a day, but I was falling back into the old pattern again. So time to quit again. I'm not giving up. This time around I don't think it will be that hard....been through it before so I know what to expect. Is it true that the first 3 days are the hardest?
