Gin, You have a great attitude. Remember....it isn't wise to play around with them. I have lost many a quit thinking I can have a few. Besides...is a few ever enough? This addiction is ALL or NOTHING. How are you doing today? You can definately do this. Gin. great way to get on that quit. It's all a learning experience. The first week is the hardest for many. Keep close and best wishes. Gin, attitude is everything. They say here - when you want to quit more than you want to smoke you will quit. that is the place I got to, we all did, and you can do it too. Honestly, I had help - chantix, but yes week 1 was hardest for me. You are doing battle now, get your weapons ready. Mints, cold water, jelly bellies, new coping skills, exercise - what ever it takes. Just don't smoke. not ever. again. If you get in a bind, post, and wait for 10 replies. read read read on this site - best support site for this that exists :) Sue My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 171 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,710 Amount Saved: $299.25 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 6 Mins: 48 Seconds: 4
