sparkwins, I think u are a permanent non smoker also. I too smoked for along time and something about this quit was different. I wanted to quit smoking. Getting through the first few weeks was tough but doable. If I can do it so can You.The first 5 days are the hardest and u are already past that. N.O.P.E. is the attitude. I started smoking when I was 12 years old, don't even know when I started inhaling. I have tried everything to quit, patches, gum, accupuncture, hynotism, - you name it I have tried it, and never make it past a day. It has now been 5 days, and I am doing pretty good, I have not even has a single drag and this time, I am going to beat these things! It is hardest when I am driving, at work when I take my break and in the morning when I wake, but so far so good. For some reason, this time, I feel like I will be a permanent non smoker for good now, and I feel like god is helping me. Heres to being a permanent non - smoker for life! N.O.P.E.!
