Greetings Down-Under :-) You're right about the smoke-free thing and it does help. I hate the first few days - its an absolute killer.... I keep getting up and walking around just to get my mind off stuff and I think I may need to assassinate the guys who have decided that today is a good day to kango-hammer a hole outside my office!!
