Stress is one of the many reasons that might trigger a crave. You can get very use to doing without the smoke. Along the journey you recognize that you jumped through this hurdle or that hurdle without lighting up. And later on you recognize that you are still jumping over hurdles however you are not thinking of a cigarette to aide you; smoking doesnt come to mind. What does come to mind is "how am I going to treat or get through this situation". Come to grips with the situation, give yourself time and work it out. Let's add another successful quitter to the quitter's list. Many do it each year and you know what, they stay quit as well. Come on now, you know that you want this and so let's do it. What is so good about smoking anyway?
