doodles Glad to hear that things are working out. Sorry for the worry around your dad. I understand the concern and hope that all will be well. Really not good news about the foot, but as you say she can dance and that certainly is a good thing... Stay well, the best thing that you can do for all of the dear ones in your life is tame the addiction and live a long and healthful life... Doodles So good to read this, it looks like you have reached that place where smoking is a real choice, not an obsession that must be overcome. That is a fine place to be indeed...I know it hasn't always been easy for you, but look at you now, ain't no goin back for nuttin... nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 304 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,120 Amount Saved: $3,192.00 Life Gained: Days: 55 Hrs: 13 Mins: 40 Seconds: 57

Hi, I am back home, it took a little longer than planned!! My son is doing great!! We will be home or a while this week.. Grandma, You are doing great with WW!! Yea, wheat bread can kinda be difficult to swallow. For me, my new love is sugar free choc. pudding!! I have dropped about 9 lbs in the past 2 weeks... still have to drop 10 to be content, 20 to be really happy!!! I am just so happy to be smoke free!! Good for you Doodles, that's a real stressor. I don't think I could go without carbs well at least not some bread even though I'm eating the stuff with the wood chips in it and have switched to brown rice when I have it. 3 down 7 lbs to go but I wANT to lose more in case I go to Chilli's again or have more than one slice od pizza who does that? I'm doing WW and made a lot of veggie soup no points. Froze 3 containers for later.
