What can I say Kelly, I'm just happy not to be smoking no matter how many day, and yes unhooked I would love to have a s'more I can just add it to my hips where every thing else has gone.

That's Ok, sully, the fire will keep burning as long as anyone has anything to throw in.
You're doing great, 65 days is awesome. Just keep doing it!

I am always late for this bonfire, but here I am. I have many things to toss this week, lots of stress and of course those extra 13 lbs. I've gained, but on the positive side 65 days smoke free and that's the BEST.

Go ahead, Xena, toss it all in there! Feels better, doesn't it? Especially the doubts, there is no room for doubts in your mind when you are doing this hard thing.

Hi All - this message is especially for Lori - I do know what you mean about week two and especially mornings. I've now finished week three and it has mostly been easier. However, the morning still is the toughest time for me. I'm sure I have gained 5 pounds in three weeks but hang it, so what - this will come off in due time and losing the cigs is way, way more important to me and to all of us. My biggest "defense" against morning craves is breakfast - the real deal. I never ate breakfast as a smoker but I sure need it now. The Chantix continues to help but I am also tapering myself off of it. I took one pill for four days and then yesterday and today (so far) have taken 1/2 a pill. If I crave too much I will take the other half but I really want to see if I can get off the medication and back to something that is (my new) normal. Sorry for kind of rambling here but do hope you are doing well and that you and I and Starfish, if she's out there, can meet at the beach this winter.
Hang tough! Margo ;)

I want to throw on the waiter from the Ghurka Grill who was so rude to me and my boyfriend last night.
Didn't want his kebab anyhow!
