For all of you long time quitters, look at my meter....do you want to be here again? I don't want to be here, I want to be where you guys are, and I could have been, except that I gave into the weakness and bought a pack convincing myself I could just smoke one cig...but after this, the voices get louder and more demanding and the next day, I buy another pack, smoke one or maybe three, and before I knew it, back up to a pack a day. That was 9 months ago...now I'm only 14 days into my quit and even though its hard, I'm just taking it one day at a time. Maybe when you feel weak after being quit for so long, maybe just take it one day at a time again, to get you through, pretend you are at the beginning again, fighting hard to free yourself of the nicodemon. This addiction really is evil!
