So what has changed recently in your life that is bringing up cravings / thoughts? And what if you could learn to handle these new emotions? What if you were to google "How to deal with anger, how to deal with anxiety, how to deal with bliss?" You need to learn how to feel those emotions and then let them go. Emotions are only feelings, they cannot kill you, cigarettes can and will!
We learned how not to smoke by searching and researching the knowledge on how to do it, what to do where to go and who to talk to! So apply those same techniques again, talk to someone, search for the information and read and read and read on how to help yourself get through this just like you helped yourself get through it in the beginning! :)
