It has been a long time since I posted a message here. I want to thank all the people who gave me support during the bad times. It really helped more than you can imagine.
I am still smoke free, and know that I will remain that way even when I get the urge to smoke.
I have been taking part in some medical studies on the impact of exercise on people with emphysema.
A niece got married this summer, so it was very busy. I looked after her little 4 year old girl while they were on their honeymoon for two weeks. She was good, but had so much energy.
As my next reward for being 2 years smoke free, my sisters and I plan to take a vacation to winter to Vegas. It should be fun.
Will check in more often in the future.
Thanks again for all the help.
:)
