Thank you so much for the words of encouragement. I know I can do this, and I know I need to do this. We are all just taking it one day at a time, sometimes just one hour at a time. It's nice to know that we aren't alone during the darkest times of our quits.
Thanks again,
Kaiti

Thank you for sharing that, kaitilina. I lost a quit with my dad's stroke, too & another one when he died 8 years later. Neither time did smoking change anything. It was just the junkie looking for an excuse.
It's really courageous and honest of you to realize that you were letting the junkie fool you into thinking smoking would make you feel better, and even more so to post it here to help someone else.
I'm proud to walk beside you.

Kaiti,
I'm so sorry to hear about your father. But I'm really glad you are back! I've missed you here at the SSC!
Prayers,
Debbie
