Stinking panic attacks

Thank you for your replies. I made a Dr.s appointment already because I don't want to start another cycle of panic. My partner and friends felt that maybe I managed the anxiety and panic until I had a time to relax. They may have a point because I was fine until I sat down and started relaxing. Anyway I am up and off to work now. Rose

I could have wrote your post. Same thing happened to me on Saturday and I have been on edge ever since. The only bad thing, I did not have my Xanax on me and I had to suffer an hour before I could calm down. I was doing soooo well lately!!!

Rose, Sorry to hear that your panic is back. I have had relapses too and you do tend to forget how bad it can be. Do you think that it could be the excitement of your new business? Also, if you have been on the same meds for a long time you may need to talk to your doctor about upping your dosage. Sometimes the affects wear off and you need more after a while. I hope things get better for you soon and good luck with your business. Hang in there! Samantha

I was cruising along with life...Taking my meds starting a new job and launching a small catering biz when boom...full blown panic! I haven't had an attack in so long that I couldn't remember the feelings so I really freaked out. Of course I wanted to go to the hospital the whole thing. My partner suggested I take another xanax so I did and within 30 minutes I was feeling drained but o.k. I am hoping this doesn't happen to me at work but who knows when the dreaded monster will rear its ugly head! I just felt like sharing with you all. Rose
