Well everyone. It has been a long time since I have stopped in. I have been pretty busy with family and all the changes surrounding me lately, but I just had to stop in to let all my old friends know.....
Not one slip, not one puff....after 6 long months I'm still SMOKE-FREE!!!!
I am so proud of myself. That i was able to make this decision and stick with it, what a wonderful accomplishment! It really has changed the way I feel! I love my new smoke free life, especially my smoke free apartment. It's the first totally smoke free environment I have lived in. What a joy. And although I did end up gaining a few pounds....I found that I actually enjoy exercising. Now, I work out daily, and I walk more. So the pounds are starting to come off and I am finally getting some tone to this ol body. Stick to it everyone! It's worth the hassle, and the longer you stay smoke free - the more people are amazed when you tell them you quit!
