You are sooooooooo right Candi! Exercise has become my ultimate stress buster (instant cure for anxiety, depression and whatever else ails me) Sometimes, it's hard to get my butt out of bed....but I feel SO good after. (I run all those nasty beggars that are p***ing me off right out of my head) Hmmm...now spending the entire day at the gym might be just a tad too much. Do you think those people are addicted to the endorphins or the mirror?? There's nothing wrong with enjoying exercise & lookin forward to it, Greger. Good for you for having a program & sticking to it. I have heard of people being addicted to exercise but it's pretty extreme from what I understand. Like spending the whole day at the gym , neglecting other things in your life, that kind of thing.
