There's nothing wrong with enjoying exercise & lookin forward to it, Greger. Good for you for having a program & sticking to it.
I have heard of people being addicted to exercise but it's pretty extreme from what I understand. Like spending the whole day at the gym , neglecting other things in your life, that kind of thing.
