Follow through til the end. Make it one of your goals that you will follow the program all the way through and have a reward ready for yourself when you do finish the program. Also knowing you only have a couple of days or whatever you have left, make all the preparations ahead time of what you will do when a crave may hit.
Last year went off early and lost a quit for a couple of months. Not worth it.

As long as you still have some left even though they are only 7 mg. may as well use em till they're all gone. I have a few more to go seems like I've been using patch forever. Didn't get a rash this time. When I forget or it falls off doesn't seem to make a difference.

Doodles,
We do recommend that you follow the full course of treatment that has been assigned to you.
If you would like to step off the patch earlier, please consult your pharmacist. Together, you can decide on a weaning schedule to ease the transition.

Doodles, I don't know how long you have left on the program but I would say if it's more than a couple of days, I'd continue with it.
I have quit with the patch a few times, including this one, and found it works best if you follow the program to the letter.
Don't put on 2 of them tomorrow ;p but I think you should continue until you're done, just to give your quit the best possible chance.

Hi doodles,
I'm sure one of the mods or someone helpful will be along soon. I quit cold turkey so am not familiar with what would be best. I did just want to congratulate you on those 25 Days though...lookin good!
All the best
