Lolo, I have been where you are at. I just noticed your quit date. Now we begin with day one. No you will not smoke. You are so worth this final quit. You will smell better. You will love yourself more if you don't smoke. You can sing the high notes without coughing :eg: You know the routine, get the water out, walking shoes on, stay close to the computer, snacks (today they can be whatever you want), naps, deep breaths, and prayer.
