Today is my 2 year quit anniversary. I quit cold turkey without one slip. I have almost forgotten I ever smoked, almost. I think there will always be that bit of disgust inside. I am so angry at myself for ever having started smoking, and for smoking as long as I did. I want to keep that disgust and anger. It keeps me from being too judgmental about those who have not yet found the power within to decide to quit and do it for good.
