New week, new thread :)
As I am on holiday all week (the first real holiday since I quit) you might be seeing a lot of me :)
So while I have some time free I thought I would properly journal for once. I shall leave any Jerry Springer like conclusions for another post.
Below is an average Friday before and after quitting :
Before :
am
05:30 : Get up, smoke outside or in the garage if too cold, normally 4 or more before rest of family get up
06:30 : Have breakfast, tea, shower and get ready for work. Watch a bit of telly.
08:00 : Leave house, smoke 1 cig
08:05 : Get to shop, buy enough cigarettes for the day, go to bus stop smoke 3 cigs
08:30 : Get off bus, walk to work, smoke 1 cig
08:45 : Get tea, go for smoke, 2 cigs. Repeat roughly every 45 mins until end of work
pm
05:15 : Leave work, walk to bus stop, smoke 1 cig
05:20 : Get to bus stop, smoke 3 cigs
06:00 : Get off bus, go to pub, sit down on favourite seat order JD & coke and smoke. 3 JD & cokes and 10 cigs per hour
08:30 : See band arrive, worry it is getting busy and buy pack 19 cigs from machine as I am running out.
11:00 : Phone for a lift, buy another pack of smokes from machine for rest of night and tomorrow morning
11:30 : Make way out of pub, smoke then hide smokes when I see lift in the distance. Get in car and proceed to speak what appears to be kilingon because I am plainly drunk by now.
12:00 : Out like a light (asleep)
After :
am
06:30 : Get up with rest of family, have breakfast, shower and get ready for work
08:20 : Get lift for work
08:30 : Arrive at office
08:45 : Get tea and go outside and watch my friends smoke
09:15 : Leave my friends to go outside and smoke, whilst I continue writing long essay to SSC, continue to get tea every 30 mins until end of work
11:30 : Go for 30 mins brisk walk with music player on
pm
12:00 : Lunch
05:15 : Get lift home
05:30 : Get home, have microwave something and eat it
