Yeah, Pen. You know those computer programs that take a current picture and enhance it for age progression, what you might look like after x amount of time doing drugs, etc.? This one may very well be of my beach days. Unhooked, thanks for your promise. My junkie is now firmly back in his box. No reverting back to my old ways for me. I like your new avatar btw! :) Maybe it was boots that ate the cookie? Kelly, I think maybe that seal is sunbathing? I think just out of shot is a bottle of Ambre Seal-Air suntan lotion :) If every day that starts out a blah day but ends up smokefree then it is automatically a yay day. Things that make me smile today : I emailed my quit buddy some clues about a little reward for her next week which I left there while I am on hols. Something to relieve the stress whilst at work in a voodoo kind of way. Yes, a big pack of Jelly Babies. Bite the heads off of these instead of asking someone for a cigarette. Walking past the new bus shelters on my walk this morning i noticed a little sign on the window 'It is prohibited to smoke in this shelter'. I don't have to worry about that any more. The local council handing out personal tiny bins to smokers. Instead of dropping butt ends outside the pub. I can see where those tiny bins will end up. Hope everyone is having a glorious smokefree day! Kev, I don't know about electronica but I do know a thing or 2 about attracting the opposite sex & I can tell you that looking healthy, smelling good, being active & energetic, & having a fun & positive outlook will get you a lot further than being drunk, smelly, bored, & obsessed with having to find a place to smoke! I would not be surprised if our Kev psots about a young lady in his life pretty soon! I promise along with you & your quit buddy, I will not smoke this week!
