I still notice things like that all the time, along with smells & tastes & all the little freedoms I have now that I don't have to drag a junkie along with me everywhere. It helps keep me quit and it helps keep me happy, too!

I went for a walk today no big deal right.Lots of people go for a walk. But it was a big deal for me.It suddenly dawned on me this is normal. This is what it feels like to walk along without gasping for air, chest pains and the fear that you might drop with cardiac arrest.Dam it felt good a fella might even get addicted to this feeling. :p
